Back home, with Country Road. Last week, my Momma was in town from Beijing (for those who don't know, she moved back 2 years ago to teach). So, time was spent dumpling eating, making and 3-D film watching.. and many visits to our local. It's been a good 4 months since my last visit, so when CR's newest premium line launched (Campaign directed by Oracle Fox), I decided to shoot their latest pieces in my local beach, a place where I spent majority of my childhood, and holds memories of my first shoots I experimented with on film, back in 08. My friend Laura and I teamed up, knowing her flawed Contax held double exposure qualities. So we layered, danced and fought with the wind.
